• Free shipping costs for purchases of €60 or more on orders destined for mainland Spain or the Balearic Islands. For orders of lower amount apply standard shipping costs of € 4.95 on the peninsula and the Balearic Islands. In the case of Ceuta and the Canary Islands, the standard shipping rate is always 9,95€. For Melilla it will be 14,95€.

• The delivery time will always be subject to the conditions of the corresponding transport according to each case and to the availability of the product. For shipments in mainland Spain will be 24-48 hours according to the above (in working days) from order confirmation. This period may be longer in periods of sales, Black Friday or special promotions.

• Shipping costs within the EU will be 9,95 €. In this case deliveries will be between 3 and 5 working days from the confirmation of the shipment of the order.

Orders to be paid by bank transfer will remain active for 5 days. They will be cancelled if during this period of time the payment has not been made in the indicated account.

• If the product you order is out of stock, the web sales team will contact you to offer you an alternative. Slow-moving items may not be available at any given time. If the delay in the delivery of your order exceeds your expectations, you may request the cancellation of your order and a refund of the amount paid.

• The items may undergo modifications in their appearance without prior notice from the manufacturer or distributor, so in some cases, the photos may not correspond to the final design of the item. We conform to the features provided by the manufacturer or distributor, but we cannot completely assure that the item will look exactly as it appears in the photograph.

• Costs for changes in the place of delivery once the order has been shipped or second addresses not specified shall be borne by the customer.

• If the item you finally choose is not to your liking, we will not object to exchange or return it. Items must be returned in perfect condition, with tags attached, unused and in their original packaging to guarantee payment of the refund.

• Always make sure to keep the original packaging of the product and the purchase receipt, we will proceed with the return as long as no more than 15 days have passed since the date of purchase. We remind you that in this case we will only refund the item charges, not the shipping costs, if any. The shipping costs in case of return will be borne by the buyer, and the amount will be the same as indicated for standard shipping.

• Once in our facilities and after verifying that it meets the conditions of return, we will proceed to make the payment of the amount of the product in the same form of payment that was made.

Scope of the contract

The general conditions are in accordance with the laws in force for the protection of the rights of consumers and users.

The use by the customer of the Andesites store services presupposes, in any case, adherence to the General Terms and Conditions in the version published by ANDESITES S.L. at the time of the purchase order. Therefore, it is advisable that the customer reads the General Conditions before proceeding to make a purchase.

These general conditions of sale are the only ones applicable and replace any other general conditions, except in case of prior, express and written cancellation ANDESITES S.L may occasionally modify the articles of its general conditions, so it is advisable that they be read at each visit of the andesites.com website. These modifications are attributable as of their publication on the Internet and may not be applied to contracts concluded previously. Each purchase on the website is governed by the general terms and conditions applicable on the date of the order. We consider that once you have placed an order, you have unreservedly accepted our general terms and conditions of sale after having read them.

Price, method of payment, delivery, return of goods and claim forms

I. Products on Offer or Outlet Products and/or contract proposals.

The products on offer will maintain their price (except for typographical errors or end of stock) until the date indicated on each item offered, returning to its normal price thereafter. ANDESITES S.L. reserves the right, in case of typo or typographical error, to make the sale at the price stipulated by the manufacturer or distributor, after informing the customer.

The products in the Outlet section are clearance items that will maintain their price until the item is sold out.

The amount of the shipping costs will be indicated to the customer at the time the order is placed.

ANDESITES S.L. reserves the right to make, at any time and without prior notice, the modifications it deems appropriate, being able to update, even on a daily basis, products and prices according to the news of the sector to which they belong.

II. Payment

All purchases can be paid by credit/debit card, Bizum, bank deposit or bank transfer.

III. Delivery

The delivery time is between 48 hours and 15 days depending on the type of transport chosen. However, ANDESITES S.L. will make every effort to respect this deadline. In the event that any of the requested items are not available, ANDESITES S.L. will process your order as soon as possible.

IV. Withdrawal

The recipient may revoke the consent given within fifteen calendar days from receipt of the order, by simply notifying the sender by filling out the form sent with the order.

In case of return of a product, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs incurred, provided that the return is not due to ERROR in the merchandise or TARE of the garment.

In no case will the returned garment be exchanged directly.

As soon as it is verified that the returned garment is in perfect condition, it will refund the amount of the same, in the same way that the payment was made, deducting it from the amount to be refunded.

In the case of a size or color change, the customer, if desired, has to make a new purchase.

V. Claim forms

Complaint forms are available at any ANDESITES establishment.

Warranty

All goods of a durable nature are guaranteed in accordance with current regulations, being ANDESITES S.L., domiciled in Madrid, the guarantor throughout the Spanish territory and where the consumer can contact.

The duration of this warranty is three years from the date shown on the invoice or purchase receipt on which the item is identified.

ANDESITES S.L CIF: B-67719013, shall be liable for any lack of conformity that existed at the time of delivery of the item, recognizing the consumer the right to repair the good or its replacement, and if this is not possible, to the price reduction or termination of the contract.

Any statement in the instruction and warranty booklet that is contrary to the law 7/1988 on general contracting conditions or to the law 1/2007 on consumers and users is hereby deleted.

Intellectual and industrial property

The rights related to the industrial and intellectual property (including but not limited to: trademarks, logos, texts, photographs, icons, images,..., as well as the graphic design, source code and other software elements contained in the website andesites.com are property of ANDESITES S.L. or of the representative companies and manufacturers of the products and services offered. Therefore, they are subject to intellectual and industrial property rights protected by Spanish and international legislation.

Without the prior written authorization of ANDESITES S.L., or, where appropriate, of the representative or manufacturer of the product that owns the rights, it is not allowed to use, reproduce, transmit, manipulate, as well as any use that exceeds a normal and necessary use for the visit of the site and the use of the services offered.

The access to the services provided does not imply on the part of ANDESITES S.L. waiver, transfer or total or partial assignment of the rights derived from the intellectual and industrial property, nor does it attribute rights of use, alteration, exploitation, reproduction, distribution or public communication of these contents without the prior and express written authorization of the respective holders of such rights, without prejudice to the right to view and obtain a private backup copy of such contents, provided that such right is exercised according to the principles of good faith and provided that the intellectual and industrial property of the holder of such rights remains unaltered, is used without commercial purposes and exclusively for the user's personal information.

The responsibility derived from the use of materials protected by the intellectual and industrial property rights contained in this page will correspond exclusively to the user.
