PAYMENTS

What payments are accepted?

Payment is accepted by PayPal or by Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Klarna credit cards.

In case of payment through PayPal, the shipment must be made to the address registered in Paypal and cannot be modified.

Klarna allows you to spread the cost of your purchase over 3 interest-free installments. Payments are automatically charged every 30 days until the entire order is paid in full. More information here

Your credit card is debited only when your order is delivered.

I cancelled my order, why hasn't the money been refunded?

If the cancellation is made before the product is shipped, no charge will be made unless authorized by your bank.

Yes, it is possible to place an order by phone; you can contact our customer service by calling +34 621 072 027. To protect your privacy we do not accept orders by email.

Can I order as a gift?

Yes, it is possible to place a gift order and include a personalized message. The recipient of your gift will not receive an invoice.

Can I exchange a product?

Yes, we accept exchange of products within 15 days, once the purchase has been made. The exchange will be picked up at the same time your other Andesites are shipped, by the same courier.

I would like to cancel / modify my order

You can cancel your order, partially or totally if it has not already been shipped.

Is it possible to order Taxfree when buying online?

Taxfree cannot be requested for
products shipped in countries that have the same Customs Laws.

I have seen that a product is out of stock, will it be restocked?

In which country do you deliver?

We ship worldwide. Shipping costs vary according to the country of destination.

What is the delivery time of my order?

The delivery time is established from 1 to 5 days for domestic shipment and from 3 to 7 days for EU shipment. Delivery times are calculated after confirmation of product availability and when the customer receives our shipping notice by email.

How can I track my order?

You will receive an e-mail confirmation of the shipment with a tracking number.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

What is the return period for a product?

We accept the return of products within 15 days from the date of shipment. Custom orders are excluded.

How can I return a product?

You may return any item purchased at www.andesites.com within 15 days of order shipment.

Please contact the courier of your choice to send it to us.

The products must be in their original condition, with their labels attached.

Once your package arrives at our warehouse, it will be reviewed and accepted. Your refund will be issued within 14 days and you will receive a second confirmation email. If your return does not meet the above conditions, we will not be able to refund your order and your package may be returned to you.

How will my order be refunded?

The amount will be credited to the same payment method used during the purchase of the returned product within
15 days of receipt of the product. Andesites has no responsibility for any delay in crediting your account.

If I return a product, will the shipping costs also be refunded?

Your credit card will be credited for the amount of the returned product. Shipping costs are not refunded except for defective products.
